What lcd screen will work with my laptop?

I have a toshiba satellite 1115-s103 laptop that needs a new lcd; my questions is: Will any lcd work as long as the size and pixels are the same as the old one? There is about $100 difference between the OEM and other models I have found with the same specs.

Yes, it probably will. Just make sure that you have installed the proper drivers. But the video output would have to vary. This would depend on the type and capacity of your video card.
