I have a 55 inch projection tv that’s an HDTV(philips)?

A great tv,but no contrast button.This makes for a blurry picture.My brightness makes it bright,my picture button makes it light or dull.How do I get contrast for a sharper picture? Helllpp.
I have used the picture option.I thought I said that.

I believe some TV uses the word Picture for contrast.
It’s a projection TV what do you expect.
Maybe you should try HD signal like from Blu Ray or HDDVD and see if there’s any different, if not than grab real LCD TV.
